Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and may be required to prepay future appointments.
